These Terms of Use govern access to and use of Tickonn websites, mobile applications and related services. By using Tickonn, you agree to these terms and any policies referenced in them.

2. About Tickonn

Tickonn provides event registration, ticketing, guest-management, venue-management and entry-verification technology. Event organisers remain responsible for the events they list and operate.

3. Eligibility

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement and meet any minimum age required by applicable law.

4. Account registration

Provide accurate information, keep it current and protect your credentials. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.

5. Use of services

Use Tickonn lawfully. Do not misuse the platform, interfere with its security, access another user’s data, upload harmful material or use automated means without permission.

6. Event content and responsibility

Organisers control their event descriptions, schedules, pricing and delivery. Tickonn may remove content that is unlawful, misleading or harmful.

7. Payments and refunds

Payments, fees, settlements and refunds are governed by the applicable booking and event-manager terms.

8. Intellectual property

Tickonn and its licensors retain rights in the platform, brand and original content. Users retain rights in content they submit while granting Tickonn permission to process it to provide the services.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Tickonn is not responsible for indirect loss or circumstances controlled by event organisers, venues, payment providers or attendees.

10. Termination

We may suspend access for material breaches, security risks, fraud or legal requirements. You may stop using the services at any time.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated through the platform or another reasonable channel.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law stated in the final approved version for your operating entity and customer location.
