1. General rule

Refund eligibility depends on the organiser’s published terms, the reason for the request and applicable consumer law.

2. Event cancellation

If an organiser cancels an event, eligible ticket holders will receive instructions about refunds or alternatives after Tickonn receives confirmation and funds from the organiser.

3. Postponed or rescheduled events

Tickets may remain valid for the new date. The organiser will communicate available options, which may include a defined refund-request window.

4. Attendee cancellation

A change of plans does not automatically create a refund right. Event-specific conditions shown before booking apply.

5. Duplicate or incorrect charges

Report suspected duplicate charges promptly with the booking reference and payment details needed to investigate.

6. Fees

Payment, convenience or service fees may be non-refundable where they cover services already provided, subject to law.

7. Refund method and timing

Approved refunds are normally returned to the original payment method. Bank and payment-provider processing times may vary.

8. Rejected entry

A refund is generally unavailable when entry is refused for violating event rules, presenting an invalid or previously used ticket, or failing required eligibility checks.

9. How to request a refund

Use the booking-support channel and include the booking reference, attendee details, reason and supporting information.

10. Disputes

Contact Tickonn support before starting a payment dispute so the organiser and payment record can be reviewed.
