A booking is an agreement between the attendee and the event organiser. Tickonn provides the technology used to complete and manage the booking.

Review the event date, time, venue, access conditions, age restrictions and ticket type before confirming your booking.

The checkout shows ticket prices, taxes and applicable platform or payment fees before confirmation.

A booking is confirmed only after successful payment or completion of a free registration. Payment processing may be provided by third parties.

Keep tickets and QR codes secure. A code may be accepted only once, and sharing it can allow another person to use your entry.

Provide accurate attendee details. Organisers may require identity or eligibility checks at entry.

Guests must comply with venue rules, safety requirements and lawful instructions from organisers or staff.

The organiser controls event changes, postponement and cancellation. Remedies are governed by the refund policy and applicable law.

Tickets may not be resold or transferred contrary to event rules or applicable law.
